Taught by our experienced and certified instructors, each class features engaging lessons and guided tastings of at least five wines to enhance your learning experience.

WINE 101 - FOUNDATIONS

WINE 201 - BEYOND THE BASICS

  • Building on the foundational concepts from Wine 101, this 90-minute class sharpens your tasting skills and explores the science behind flavor, aroma, and structure in both white and red wines.

  • $60 including at least 5 wines demonstrating the fundamental structural characteristics of wine.

WINE 301 - DEFINING QUALITY

  • Designed for returning students and serious wine lovers, this 90-minute class focuses on red wines and builds on your ability to assess quality with clarity and confidence.

  • $60 including a comparative tasting of red wines demonstrating the fundamental concepts in determining wine quality.

WINE 401 - ADVANCED TASTING

  • Designed for higher level returning students and serious wine lovers, this 90-minute class focuses on both red and white wines, in particular, the ability to determine quality through deductive tasting.
